I'm under investigation. Should I get an attorney?
Yes, you should get an attorney. If you are under investigation, investigators are probably trying to contact you. They're probably contacting the people around you. It is important that you get an attorney at this stage so he/she can advise you of your rights and how to conduct yourself. I was arrested for a DUI. What should I do next?

How do I fight DUI charges?
